Vantage provides FREE phone support for all direct hardware and software purchases.

On-site Printer Repair & Maintenance

Vantage technicians undergo regular, comprehensive certification and training courses to ensure they can fully support all of the hardware and software that we sell.  Vantage is a Zebra Authorized Service Provider (ZASP) and we are authorized to install, repair and rebuild all Zebra printers.  Our technicians are also certified to install and repair SATO, Citizen, Datamax and Printronix printers.  Click on the map below to see our direct service reach.

Preventative Maintenance and Scheduled Service Programs

When you factor in the operational expenses commonly associated with printer failures such as idle production, the cost of a printer going down can quickly add up.  That’s why Vantage offers three Service Programs.  Each includes preventative maintenance schedules which are designed to extend the life of your printer and to reduce the likelihood of printer failure.  They also include on-site service with varying response times.    

Depot Repair

Not ready for a Service Program?  Vantage also offers depot repair for printers and scanners.  If we’re not able to fix your unit over the phone, send it to our Service Department and we’ll fix it for you.  Our Technicians are trained and certified to repair most hardware for most major brands.  If you don’t have a back-up unit available, you have the option to lease or rent a replacement unit until the original is repaired.  Contact your account manager for pricing and availability.
